Tatyana Tools, ARNP

Doesn’t listen to patients or read their charts for up to date blood work. The cultural Langauage difference makes it difficult To understand what’s being said. She seems to mumble and she types something in her laptop during the visit.

I consider Tatyana Tools one of my best providers.

I had 2 TERRIBLE experiences with Tatyana Tools in the past 3 months. In both visits, I told Tatyana the exact same thing: If she is going to refuse a clear explanation of my diagnosis & symptoms, I'll need to find another provider. Both times, she used medical terminology I've never heard (she knew this was my first time seeing a rheumatologist), she talked fast, ignored and dismissed my questions, and was condescending & brusque. After the second visit, I emailed her a list of questions through MyChart, hoping she'd answer more clearly in writing. I reiterated that I'd left her office mystified, and that she is obligated to provide clarity instead of leaving me to my own devices. That was 2 weeks ago and I have not received a response. This person may have a Nurse Practitioner license, but whether her manner is due to cultural differences or not, her personality is not suited to this profession. She doesn't even try!

ARNP Tatyana Tools has been a great provider. I have followed her directions, and that has made some very positive changes regarding my pain level and dealing with RA in general. I am very happy with how things have progressed.

She spent most of her time looking at the computer. I don't feel she even was listening to me nor does she look at me when I speak to her. Having a lot of pain and I felt she didn't explain maybe some of the reasons why or how to help.

She is very smart and writes great notes about the appointment.

Dr was just great

Dont go to fransiscian hc for pain management they just torture you. Tools just does what she is told by the doctors as she makes no decisions about your care and she does not care about the pts. Office managers are rude to pts and overall fransiscian hc does not care about pts just making money find a different care facility.

Excellent care provider, and very professional. Always offers poignant medical advice. She doesn't coddle (say what you want to hear), but speaks truthfully, and directly to achieve maximum results for her patients. Always pleasant, and cheerful, I feel lucky to have Ms. Tools for my pain management provider.

I've seen this provider twice in the last 3 months and each time she has made me feel uncomfortable. She won't listen to any of your concerns in fact at my last appointment I was having severe back and leg pain she told me that I had to see my primary to get another referral. I thought a pain clinic was the doctor that I was referred to for my pain issues. I normally see the doctor but when he is out of office or full I've been scheduled with her. She hates pain medication so why this office.

does not listen to concerns , I mentioned my blood pressure and because of there inability to control my back pain it pushes my pressure up to danger level and it was if she did not even hear me..I had a MRI and xray that showed major bad changes to low back and she takes meds away ?.I'm not going to pick her apart but no way would I recommend her ...my 1st appt. with her was in 2/2018 and she told me I was her first ever pain patient so I don't understand the merits she has for pain care....

I was seeing this person, as i feel she is not even qualified to be considered a nurse practitioner, for treatment of severe debilitating migraines, a condition I was diagnosed with over twenty years ago by multiple competent neurologists, and was referred to her clinic by my current neurologist, and after seeing me once, she tells me that my migraines are psychological, basically a figment of my imagination and discharged me from the clinic. Horrible attitude and treatment.
