Super Service
First Rate: Addressed all concerns. Felt relaxed. Took time to ask about my family. Great bedside manner and very professional. Appt. was on time and I liked the Dermotology tips rolling on the TV screen. Receptionist and assistant were friendly and I felt well taken care of.

Professional, kind, courteous!
Dr. Lester has seen three members of my family. She is always kind, friendly, and easy to converse with. Following each appointment you come away feeling well cared for and having all questions answered. She does spend a good deal of time with each patient. Her nurses are all professional too!

Personable, knowledgeable, & thorough
She apologized for keeping me waiting when I had only waited maybe 5 minutes. To me this was not an issue, but to her it was. How thoughtful! She was knowledgeable about the skin condition I had, immediately knew what was needed, and thoroughly explained the reason for her recommended treatment. She was patient and genuine in answering all my questions and those of my husband. She was pleasant and fun to interact with. What a joy!!
