All our years of failed 20/30 minute evaluations we found Dr. Pyle. After 5 hours of blocks, puzzles, paper problem solving, math, reading, convos, noting when he was comfortable and uncomfortable, listening to what he was saying, lunch together just to visit, all to see how he does in every possible scenario! She spent an hour w/us afterwards too. His quality of life & self esteem has greatly improved now that he has the confidence to work through his anxiety. No meds!
