Very quickly, you realize that you are with someone who cares enough to give it everything she's got to track down your problem. She is very easy to talk to and her manner puts you at ease, immediately. I would certainly recommend her to anyone as she has helped me greatly. Also, the office staff is great as they are all so helpful and friendly. On another note, the entire place is immaculate, if that's something that's important to you. I found nothing negative about the experience.
