I just visited urgent care and was seen by Tara Johcum. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. She dismissed my concerns about my symptoms, despite me clearly explaining what I know it was because of many past experiences. I was notified by the pharmacy about being prescribed antibiotics before I even received my test results.When I requested a shot instead of pills due to leaving town this evening, she refused without offering a clear explanation. The interaction felt rushed, and I didn’t feel heard or valued as a patient. It’s disheartening, especially since I was her first patient of the day right at opening.
