Tara Hendrix, FNP

I have been seeing Tara for a while now. She is the very best NP or Doctor I have ever seen! I have been going thru some rough times and she has always been there to help. She is very understanding and helpful. She has a great bedside manner also. She answers all your questions and listens to what you have to say. Tara also answers your emails almost right away and lets you know your test results asap. I have had some bad experiences with doctors and NP’s and been really nervous about going to see any. The White Coat Syndrome BUT Tara has pretty much cured me of that. I am very thankful that I found Tara. Thank you Tara for being the person you are!

I have been going to this practice since I moved to the area for my own treatment and have several years of experience with Tara regarding my parents who are both very elderly. she is both personable and professional. She follows up on your questions and is knowledgeable in her craft. Her staff is wonderful. Anthony, Beth and Christie can solve all your insurance problems and scheduling issues.

Do not go to this facility. After taking off work, cancelling appointments, and driving an hour, checking in online and uploading all my documents, I get to the clinic and they tell me that Dr Hendrix is no longer taking patients and hasn't for 4 months. One nurse claims she called me yesterday, but she did not leave a msg, even a msg without my name, just to say call the clinic or appt cancelled. Everyone in the office said they've had this problem for a while now, that drthat people can't make appointments online on their own but the website is making them anyway. They don't care to look into it and see that the problem is fixed. Instead, all I got was "it's above my pay grade." They care nothing about their patients' time or obligations, and they care nothing about fixing the broken appointmemt system. Save your money and time and find a place that cares about you as a person and not a number.

Tara Hendrix is a brilliant kind & caring nurse practitioner. She is excellent with complex medication regimes. She has taken excellent care of my mother for years. Thank you for being the best!
