Took my granddaughter in for a thumb smashed in a car door. Tara was very understanding and kind to her. She took the time to listen to her and at the end explained instructions so my granddaughter would understand

I wouldn't recommend her. Went into the ER with a bad UTI and kidney stones. She said she couldn't understand why I had pain. Did not manage the nausea or pain in the ER. She didn't listen to me and then embarrassed me by implying that I was making up my pain, even with positive urine test and CT scan showing stones.
