I only met this provider briefly, and she had scheduled me with another provider in two days to follow as she was unable to provide the expertise needed for my MRI results.

The following is only a concerning office staff and not the provider herself; she was wonderful! I originally called while in hospital for Bell Palsy to schedule my hospital f/u, which I am under the impression is best within 2 weeks. Office staff scheduled me for more than 2 months out after fully explaining the reason for appointment. I then attempted calling a couple times only to not hear a word back. Finally, I reached out in a message through MyChart. By the time I heard back, I had to schedule a week out because I was going to be out of town for a week. This was not the first time I've had issues with communication with this office but the scheduling issue was a first. Again, this is not a reflection on providers or their care. Thanks!

All the staff were very friendly and the doctor was super professional and spoke to me in a very clear way. I would recommend them 100%.
