Received an eye exam for Dr. Soriano a few years back and purchased glasses. The glasses were wrong and too weak. I complained to the office manager who told me to come back at a certain day and time and they would be reviewed by the doctor. That time and day was because no doctors or other patients would be present. I was then told by the office manager the glasses were fine and that I would not get to see or contact the doctor at all. They have since been removed from my insurance network.
