Evaluation
I came to get diagnosed for multiple disorders, and she effectively interviewed me, tested me, and got back to me in a timely manner to help me receive accommodations at college. The visit started out extremely well, we talked for a while and then she asked me about my suspicions of why I have these disorders, and I told her. She then questioned me about symptoms the disorders may cause and if I experience them, and gave me questionnaires to fill out as well.
