The office is beautiful, you do not feel like you are at a doctor’s office. The staff is super sweet and will bent over backwards to help you. Nurse Practitioner Tammara listened to my questions and concerns, I felt like she was talking to a friend and not to one more patient! I recommend Guiding Star Tampa to everyone!

I LOVE Tammy & GST so much!!! When I first had to go to a GYN in 2012 I absolutely did not like my first place I went to, so when I found out GST’s approach to women’s healthcare, I immediately switched about 5 years ago and never looked back. I basically go to Tammy for everything: well-women visits, natural holistic birth control, and now pregnant with my first baby so naturally she’s my OB now. My partner and I love Tammy and the whole Guiding Star team to where we gave up the place we wanted to go for a birthing center because it meant completely transferring care. Before I even said anything after the birthing place tour, my partner said he was heart broken about leaving GST because they are like family (and I’m at GST way more than him!)If you knew my partner, it would be easy to see how much of an impact they all are. I can’t emphasize how much I love all of GST and absolutely recommend them to everyone

I went to Tammara (Tammy) to talk hormones. She listened to my concerns, shared her knowledge and spoke to me in a way I could understand. You never have to feel uncomfortable or anxious. Guiding Star Tampa is a beautiful center with staff that is so helpful and kind. I will never go anywhere else for all my OB and GYN Care.
