When seeing Nurse Murray, I not only felt as though she lacked empathy for the ongoing conditions that I have suffered with for 19-20 years but she was also extremely disrespectful to me during my visit. As stated above, I have suffered from various ailments for 10-20 years and have required medications to aid in managing symptoms related to those ailments. Instead of working with me to understand my situation and history of medication needs, she immediately jumped to the conclusion that aliments were not as I described (even with years of past historical records and proof of surgeries) and did not work with me to fulfill my needs to ease the symptoms and suffering I live with on a daily basis. She basically brushed me off and refused to meet the needs to manage my condition. I transferred doctors after suffering from the same experience over several months.
