Horrible experience. She was condescending, dismissive, and arrogant. Someone who is as supercilious as she is should not be in a position that requires compassion. She made me lose my private disability insurance without any regard to how it would impact my life. An independent physician was shocked by her actions (she is not a doctor). I was never able to return to work after my surgery. She, however, who knew little about my case and talked to me for five minutes, informed the insurance company I could go back to work the very day I talked with her. She didn’t bother to inform me that she was doing that. The surgeon had told me to come into the office for recertification of my insurance, then she did what he did.
