I was a patient at PISA for over 4 yrs on the NW SIDE they ask me to move from the nw office to central so I left and went to another company and after a month they said I could come back to PISA & get treatment back at nw office so I did.They told me I would be seeing Sylvia .Her assistant called me at 7 30 am and my app was 8 10 and told me in a angered voice I was late for my app but in reality she was 50 minutes early then Rebecca tells me this is your LAST NW VISIT??What?? I been nw since my very first visitThen I speak to Sylvia and she says real snotty YOUR NOT OUR ONLY PATIENT! WTH really nice ! no kidding**** I already knew that**** thats why I went else where I was told there was room for me thats why I went back !! Then Im told this is my last nw visit and I had to go to the central office WTH!Im had no intentions to go to any other office and they knew that! I FELT BULLIED BY TO SCHOOL GIRLS i would never recommend. REBECCA or SLYVIA VALENZUELA

Sylvia has been my pain medicine provider for several years. She is always interested and aware of any pain issues I have. She talks me through things and I always feel like she cares about the issues I am having. I would highly recommend her to anyone taking pain medication.

Sylvia Valenzuela FNP-C is Incredible and Amazing! She is so helpful to me in managing my medication. I cannot say enough for how Sylvia has helped me, listened to me and spent time talking with me and my wife about how to manage my pain. I am so very Blessed to have Sylvia as my Pain Management Doctor!
