Don't waste your time here. She is utterly ghetto.

Best Nurse I have ever been doctored under, she knows just how to treat me to make me feel better. She is very knowledgeable concerning medicine.

First doctor that I don't look forward to seeing. I was berated for not taking a prescription that I knew that didn't work and chose not to continue using. She pushed me to tears. I wasn't in a good mental/emotional place at the time. She did admit that she "had that effect" on her patients. Then she brought up a religiously-affiliated group therapy, which I found to be odd. She was not sensitive towards my mental illness. I'm looking to change my primary doctor to one that respects her patients' choice and is sensitive towards delicate matters such as mental disorders. No doctor has EVER made me feel that way, ever.

NP Ratliff has a poor bedside manner and is not compassionate or understanding in regards to mental health matters. I received a prescription from her which helped but was not able to go in again to clinic due to cost being since I was self pay. She denied me a refill unless I came in to pay for another appt just to say “yes, the meds work” something that could have been EASILY said over the phone. I did not feel like my best interest as the patient was in mind unfortunately.

She’s always in a hurry and she spends more time researching things than actually explaining and going over treatment. She’s ordered blood work on me multiple times and not once has she gone over the results. She expects me to come in quarterly just for a birth control prescription. I wait for 15 minutes before seen, spend five minutes in office and then pay hundreds of dollars just to get a refill on my Rx. I’ll find another PCP. She’s convinced me to be done with St. Vincent’s altogether.

She seems to be in a rush and tries to milk out future appointments instead of getting simple things done all at once. This rakes up my co-pay and eats at time. She seems knowledgable, but again, too much in a rush to explain things. Slow dowwwn! I think she does care about patient's though. She is better than most docs in some respect.
