I highly recommend Individualized Quality Therapy. Sydney has a masters knowledge of occupational therapy while understanding the human element of the injuries as well. She did an excellent job of explaining and teaching. She is very nice and funny and a pleasure to be around. I will be forever grateful for how she helped me! Her staff was great as well. Very accommodating with scheduling too. You could not pick a better occupational therapist!!

Thank you to Sydney and Jobi for the great care while treating me for tendonitis. Super nice and easy to follow exercises for home and in office treatment. If I ever need a tune up on my hands, arms or shoulders I'll be back. God bless you and your family.

Sydney provided excellent therapy services for my arthritic hands. She is knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to communicate with. She listened to my issues and worked to help me improve the problems. She left me with many ways to continue my improvement at home. I would recommend her services to anyone who has hand to shoulder problems.

My time spent going to this physical therapist was amazing, I felt like my life was over after I was injured, but Sydney really helped me get me range of motion and strength back. If you're looking for someone that will put in the time and effort to help you get back to your full strength and treat you with respect, Sydney is the person you want! She's willing to work around your schedule and invest in your health. She's very hands on and not like most doctors that send you on your way after a few visits. I would recommend her every time over the bigger businesses.

Sydney has helped me immensely thru OT of a broken arm at the wrist. She is very professional, thorough and always on time and prompt to return phone calls and willing to adjust scheduling times. She was amazing. Hands are back to normal. I had 2 carpol tunnel surgeries. Every visit I would leave more confident. If I had to doi it again I will b seeing sydney

I was referred by my hand surgeon to see Sydney post surgery. Sydney was able to improve my hands & fingers dexterity, always on time, professional, and COVID prepared. She definitely receives a 5 star rating.

Sydney is very a very qualified therapist. In my case, I was there for my thumb and wrist. She was on time, no matter when my appointment was. She is a very nice person and knew just what needed to be done to get the function in my hand and wrist back to normal. I can't thank her enough for what she did for me. I would definitely recommend her.

Thank you Sydney! When I first came to Sydney my wrist was so painful and I couldn't move it without pain. Over the month of meeting with Sydney she gave me exercises to stretch and strengthen my wrist and hand and I am now back to normal! No pain, and I'm using my hand to do everything again. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to Sydney's great guidance and work to help me get my life back! I would highly, highly recommend Sydney to anyone with wrist pain. Her work is amazing!

Sydney is a very knowledgeable OT. She takes great pride in providing excellent customer service. She is diligent in bringing you along on your path to recovery. It is great to have one-on-one therapy. At Individualized Quality Therapy, you are not just one of 3 or 4 patients being seen at a time; you are the only one. I highly recommend Sydney as an OT!

I wanted to share some amazing info, if you have arthritis in your shoulders, elbow, wrist, hand or fingers. Recently had surgery in these areas? I would highly recommend going to "Individualized Quality Therapy, LLC." When I'm in pain, I don't want to be pushed too hard in my treatment or be left alone. I don't want to feel like I am part of an assembly line either, watching my therapist jump from patient to another, or forgetting about me altogether. You will NOT have these problems with Sydney Saban. She is highly qualified with a bubbly personality. This is one of the reasons I went to Sydney, Personalized, Individualized, care O/T Therapy. Sydney is an amazing therapist! She doesn’t just use a check off list for how to treat, she knows the body and is great at individualizing your care. She can pin point problem areas and make connections between issues that you haven’t even mentioned. She is easy to get along with and very sweet. She is definitely in this field to help people and not just make money. You will not be disappointed in the least!

I was referred by my hand surgeon to Sydney for post surgery therapy. Sydney has done an amazing job at reducing the pain and swelling in my hand. My strength and functionality has recovered very well. Sydney has a fabulous personality and treats her patients with the utmost care and concern. Sydney helped me achieve a better than expected recovery after a serious hand and arm injury when I had little hope for success.
