Sydney Dinneen

Would I recommend Sydney? Very much. I transferred to Sydney, several months ago. My previous therapist (at the same establishment) had left to pursue her own business. From the start, Sydney has been very kind and accommodating. I’ve always felt comfortable during our sessions. In the beginning, I was concerned if any progress would be made. As, for the first couple of months, we mostly discussed day to day things. Which, was nice for surface level stuff. But, I felt my real reasons for being there were getting neglected. However, once I finally expressed my concerns, things drastically improved. Together, we’ve been planning what issues to focus on [first] and the methods to use that best suit me (based on my own thoughts, and her insight). Which, over the past few months, I definitely feel progress being made. Sydney really knows the field well. She presents some really insightful (and just plain interesting) thoughts and information. I’m very happy to have her as a therapist.
