Sybil Sanchez, MSW

I was 18, fresh out of high school. Sybil's the only one who could see how painful and valid my deep suffering was. I always felt safe with her; every emotion was understood. At my LOWEST, where I likely would have committed suicide without her to make me feel seen. My family all assumed I was crazy and gravely ill. It's been 8 years since I worked with Sybil and I still think of the powerful ways she has changed, and saved my life. After 9 years of a misdiagnosis from my first inpatient stay, my current psychiatrist rediagnosed with accurate ICD-10 codes, C-PTSD, Cannibis-Induced Psychosis, unspecified Anxiety, and unspecified depression. If it weren't for Sybil's adamant comments that I didn't carry the same traits as most bipolar patients, in addition to other therapists saying the same, I would not have determined myself to extensive research & proper care. I now work as an aerospace production planner & manage classified operations for military production. Thank you Sybil.
