Absolute worst doctor I have ever seen and as a healthcare professional myself I have never seen such disregard for an entire code of morals ethics and entire medical procedure code. This woman not only ignored my concerns, But as I even requested the necessary tests that might impose by the symptoms I presented with she completely disregarded them and said this “go find help elsewhere and as I said OK are you meaning a referral to someone else? she said “call 911 if you need anything”

Absolute worst medicinal practice I have ever seen. This so called physician assistant violated many of the basic health codes outlined for someone as low as a nurse or phlebotomist. Bypassed taking blood pressure physically, entirely saying the electronic reading was just wrong due to movement(myself as a trained health care provider was as still as a stone) when I inquired about a test that would always be administered upon symptoms that were present upon myself she stated “find help elsewhere” I have never before in my life nature life seen such negligence towards a patient or absolute disregard to any standard medical office procedures, any code of ethics, and any current care of completely covered at least by insurance standards(which I most certainly was) Never hire this woman, never see this woman just run your better off on the streets.

Exceptionally kind and patient with my 30 year autistic son who needed further evaluation following a covid + test today. Her recommendations were professional, logical and sincere. It was clear my son was also very comfortable with her demeanor and care.

From the minute we made the appt. for my dad to the second we were rushed in to be read , with my 68 yr old dad that was complaining of chest pain.Suzy immediately took charge and determined in 8 mins that he was having a heart attack.Called an ambulance and he was in surgery within the hour to save his life. Suzy Francoeur P.A with out question saved my dads life and the entire Hussein family will forever be grateful for your expertise and quick professionalism.We can't thank you enough.
