We made an appointment for 2:40 PM urgently for our child who was extremely ill. Upon arrival we were turned away because they said that our check-in time had started at 2:20 and she was supposed to be in the room by 240. The appointment had been booked at 2:15 PM as an urgent add-on and there was a note placed on there that she would be within a few minutes late of 240. We arrived at 2:38 PM and were turned away by the nurse practitioner herself, who looked at our sick child sitting in the lobby and stated “I don’t care how sick she is you should have been on time”. According to what the scheduler told us, we were two minutes ahead of schedule. We have never been treated so rudely by medical staff anywhere and to have them look at my sick child and say point-blank that they didn’t care how sick she was is absolutely beyond horrible. No matter what, seek care elsewhere because they do not actually care about you at this clinic. Their exact words were “I don’t care”. Shame on you!

We have been going to Suzanne since we moved to FL in 2013. Absolutely LOVE her! The last person we took our boys to was always in a rush and not personable. Suzanne is the exact opposite. If we take one of our boys in, she is always asking how the other boys are doing and makes us all feel comfortable and feel like we are her number one priority. She has even called us after to give us more information on something we had talked about at the appointment.

Waited over an hour for my visit. Poor communication. Will never go back to this provider again.
