I have avoided going to the doctor for years now because of how condescending and mean Susan Walin was to me each time I came in to get care at Clinicas. The last time I was very ill I asked that she not be the one to treat me and the person scheduling me didn't even seem to think that was weird. He said, "yes, we get that...hang on" and found me someone else. I have even gone to ER instead of going to Clinicas Urgent Care because of this woman. Actually, the last time I was in Clinicas and she was the one who treated me, my eye was so infected it was actually bulging out, she said I should not come back to urgent care and go to ER because she felt that I was "med seeking." She was right! I was seeking meds to treat my eye infection. I did go to ER and they were amazed that she hadn't treated me with antibiotics and pain meds. She is the worst PA, I've ever experienced. My step mom works with nurses all over the country and can't believe how Susan works. Stay away from her.
