Complete lack of empathy, ability to listen to a patient and discern the best medical care. When I told her politely the conversation was not going well, she turned her back to me and had no ability to redirect the appointment to address my illness.

I saw Dr. Rubio and sent five email messages that she never responded to even though I told her how sick I was. Then when she finally called me she told me she had never gotten the emails there must be something wrong with the IT department. She wasn't a bit concerned about my health
