She said she could repair and she did. Returned to me fully charged in about an hour or 2; no need to arrange transportation as we both live in Signal Mtn. & she came to me! and I had my hearing back with minimal delay!

She is a highly skilled professional who always goes the extra mile to help me with my hearing and hearing aids. In addition, her office and office staff provide a pleasant and helpful environment that is not surpassed among medical facilities.
