My approach is always client-focused. Clients decide what works best for them and I provide a safe and supportive environment for the work to proceed. We review their goals and how they feel the treatment is helping every month so we can modify what they feel is working and what needs to be changed.biography
I work best with individual clients who are curious and wish to explore, understand, and heal symptoms related to trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and relational problems.
