Susan always entered the room with a smile and is truly interested in how you are and how you are doing. She listens and has suggestions and goes beyond for you to be able to get the best out of CPAP therapy. I recommend going to her 100%.!

Worst Dr visit I can ever recall. The PA that I was there to see was visibly annoyed by the questions I asked concerning sleep apnea, CPAP machines and sleep testing. I specifically asked, over the phone when making my appointment, if I was going to have to have another home sleep test - I was told NO. I then learn at the appointment, for which I paid an upfront deductible and copay, that a home test was necessary but I could not take the test equipment home with me that day as I had to go out of town for work and could not return it the following day. It was this very reason why I asked if a home test would be needed as I had to try to schedule around work travel. In the end, I was told I had to come back, which means I am going to have to pay another deductible and copay, to receive the test equipment. I paid for a visit just to be told to pay for another visit. Lastly…the paperwork given to me had my blood pressure reading but actually no one took it. I feel scammed.

Most of my visits are with Sue and they are great! She is very personable and always pleasant. When I have concerns, she takes them seriously and does what she can to help me with them
