While in a crisis situation with my child, I called around to several therapists in town. Some have never returned my calls & others were incredibly rude when they did get back to me. But not Susan! Although she was not a covered provider with our insurance, she replied to my call AFTER business hours. Susan gave me very valuable information to help with my child & pointed me in the right direction to find him the care he needed. She also gave me information to help me deal with my own anxiety after dealing with my child's crisis. I feel Susan is not only very knowledgeable in her field, but also a very compassionate & empathetic person. I'm so glad I found her when I did!
