This provider takes a lot of personal time off and because of that delays at the task in hand. Took forever to complete testing, over a year to get the results. Was suppose to review child at school, and showed up last week of high school. Once finished, didn’t even go over the results with us. When asked about it, was told child is now 18, and if she had any question, she could call her. Just emailed the test results with no appt. After everything, we have no faith in her final report. Could reach her, and left many messages. Susan took a couple of month long vacation. Would never refer anyone to her. Big mistake and a year lost.
