Fired questions without letting me reply even reply yes or no, talked over me, made rude comments. All while I'm naked from the waist up feeling a bit vulnerable. Not cool, any of it.

Rude and condescending. Questioned how I had approached my breast cancer treatment and acted like my putting on 8 pounds was a certain death sentence since my appointment last year. I don't ever want to see her again.

I found Susan to be friendly and explained what she was doing. Having had a bi-lateral mastectomy my 1 year follow up was very thorough and I trusted her .

No warmth & no rapport building. She was rough when putting her hands on me. When I tried to give a history of the problem, she shut me up. She was far more interested in talking than listening. Would never go back.
