Stonewalled & Unhelpful
Telehealth
While I was navigating sever medical issues and I asked for guidance on how to approach therapy while dealing with sever pain and upcoming surgery, she told me my participation in therapy was up to me. I had high hopes for working with Susan, but I have never been stonewalled by a therapist when begging for help.

Not helpful
Susan Hayes had no problem taking my money but dropped as a patient when I became manic. Not a helpful person and had me chasing my tail with all of her bad life recommendations.
