Dr. Susan Frost, DNP

Awful experience. I needed a new Suboxone Provider as my last one just retired. I found Dr. Frost and had my first appointment with her 4 days ago. I had two suboxone strips left when I met her, and she told me she would call in my medications to my pharmacy the next day. It is 4 days later and not only has she completely forgotten to call in ANY of my medications. Her assistant will not answer her phone. This is malpractice. If it wasn’t for my last Doctor leaving a refill on my file, I’d be in acute opioid withdrawal, relapsing, or dead. This is unbelievable I think she should lose her practice for this kind of BS. It’s hard enough to be in recovery but when your doctor is lazy/careless and doesn’t Care One Bit about your well being, it’s really disheartening. I recommend people stay away from her.

This Dr. Has no concept of courtesy and a schedule. My experiences with this Dr Frost have consisted of her rescheduling, tardiness, and always deflects the blame on anyone but herself. I feel like she takes advantage of her patients time and doesnt listen effectively. I firmly suggest you request insurance provider to investigate her practice. It's certainly not a good fit for patients who want real help. Today she said I speak to long not giving her a chance to talk??? Well how is this description? Too long? Best regards, MM33
