Susan Font, PA-C

Statistics show Dr's today spend 10-13 min on avg with a patient during an appt, usually staring at the computer. I was Susan's patient for over 10 yrs dealing with moderate to severe chronic pain. She gives patients the time needed to discuss issues (within reason), is professional, compassionate, helpful and firm when needed. She truly cares about her patients and the staff she works with. She's also very good at what she does, always looking for the best option(s) to resolve issues. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Susan Font really cares about her patients. She’s been treating me for awhile now and listens to me and has helped me get through a pretty painful surgery. Before her treatment my pain was out of control and she’s also helped me come off of a lot of those surgical medications. I’m thankful for her care.

Dr. Susan is amazing! I have been seeing her now for the last 5 years and since I starting seeing her I have lost 75 pounds and my pain has gone from an 8-9 to 3-2. My quality of life has done a complete 180*. I went from being stuck in bed to being able to leave the house and do whatever I feel like. My goal is to get to a point where I will no longer need to see her and that will be a sad day indeed. Thank you Dr. Susan and please keep up the good work.

Susan believes her precious time is far more valuable than patient care and well being. We arrived a mere 3 mind past the late cutoff to a completely empty waiting room. This was unacceptable so Susan declared my elderly and in pain father a no show. She promptly climbed up her inordinately high high-horse and refused to come down. You see, 3 minutes of self-righteous Susan Font’s time is worth more than yours, and as punishment, an old man should suffer in pain 2 more weeks. She is garbage.

Ms. Font came to my hospital room while being admitted to Hoag Hospital. I was a complete mess medically and it wasn't getting any better due to the fact I couldn't control my pain which triggered my nausea and in return couldn't stop throwing up! After dealing with numerous different doctors I began to loose hope that anyone would believe me and get me some help/relief and then Ms. Font came, she listened, she helped, I couldn't have done it without the relief!
