Am very fortunate that my family and I are currently seen and cared for by Susan & have so for many years. Knowledgeable and caring, takes her time never rushing and if on the rare occasion that your in the waiting room wondering about your appointment, relax, because your gonna get those minutes and plenty more, back from her. A woman who loves what she does and it shows.

Susan is extremely thorough. She took a significant amount of time with me to help try and find a diagnosis for me. In my case, I feel she went above and beyond and truly cared about me. She's not one of those doctors that treats you like your just a number with a dollar sign over your head, she genuinely cares about your well being. I just wish I found her sooner.

I recommend Mrs. Carroll very highly. She is personable, knowledgeable and hard-working medical professional. She respects you as a person and doesn't treat you with disdain like some condescending Park Avenue doctor with the white coat who caters to celebrity patients. She serves the community because she is a member of the community and willingly volunteers her time and her gifts with others, whether young or old. If only she had the letters "M.D." after her name!

Appointment went very well. Extremely pleasant. Very attentive to my needs and did not rush. Did more checking than any other Dr. I have visited at Bergen Medical. Went over the complete lab report.Felt she really covered my concerns plus. Look forward to seeing her on next visit.
