Therapy is just help for normal people
Telehealth
Sue is understanding in the situations of life. She holds her clients accountable for actions that make them feel bad but not in a shaking of the finger sort of way. She gives tools to apply to situations that trigger negative emotions that can be taken too far. She gives space to express emotions and gives advice to express them when not in the office.
