She did my covid test and messed up the labels. Now I have to find where she is to have her fax a company that wont take phone calls a form, so that that company will send my results to another company that wont take phone calls. Mislabeling is rule #1 of what not to do in the healthcare system. Do you want to die because the doctor prescribed an anecdote?
