Susan and her team are incredibly helpful with navigating all of my health concerns. She understands what my family needs and does of great job of navigating our care to see that we are as healthy as possible. Kudos to her and her staff. I also love her heart for teaching up and coming practitioners by having them rotate thru her clinic as part of their training.

In search of a PCP since moving to gallatin. Susan came highly recommended by several friends and they were right. I have been to see her probably 5-6 times and everytime she and her staff have been professional and courteous. In response to the other comment, where are interns supposed to learn? I will continue to go to Susan as long as she and her staff continue the quality service I have seen this far.

My visit to the clinic wasn't professional. There were alot of interns and amateurs on staff. They took few notes, had little experience, and not at all patient orientated. I felt like nobody cared. I have had my share of sickness and sometimes I know the basics. My opinions meant nothing to Susan nor did my care. She read notes, had someone give flu test, and sent me on my way. She had little to say to me except my test was negative. I could have told her that with merely a low grade temp of 98
