Susan Adams incorrectly treated me and overdosed me with loud sound above my threshold of hearing FOR 12 weeks with her sound generators, causing me to have severe hypercusis, hearing loss and catastrophic tinnitus. She has caused severe PTSD for the rest of my life. She ignored my pleas to see her when I was psychologically damaged due to catastrophic tinnitus that she caused while she was on “vacation”. With no other experienced provider to assess her mistake. For those 12 weeks, she used too loud of a sound in my ears causing permanent damage before my new provider figured out her mistake and contacted her to inform her if her egregious error. I have undergone years of TRT and hypercusis complications due to her “overdose” of sound in my sound generators. Be careful here. I am forever damaged and catastrophic tinnitus kills. She has little empathy and is unable to respond to my needs and nearly killed me. I stand by this review and will rewrite it no matter how often its deleted.
