I was recently thinking about a therapist I was seeing years ago that helped me through my very complicated PTSD and OCD. She was kind enough not to get offended when I would call her “Su”, understanding that for the life of me I couldn’t pronounce her full name correctly. I always wanted to reach out after therapy came to an end but didn’t know how or where. I think it was a sign that I came across an old journal we worked on together and there, in small letters, I had written “session with Suhaily.” I googled like crazy for therapists with that name and here I am. I still don’t know how to directly get in contact with her, but wanted to leave a review (hoping she someday sees it) to say THANK YOU. Thank you for saving me. I don’t know if you remember me, but I’ll always remember you. You saved my life. Thank you.
