I saw Steven Williams, PA-C for a recheck of my broken foot. He was friendly and professional, listened and answered all my questions. Also very prompt. Would highly recommend him. The entire office staff was great as well.

I like Shane Steven Williams because he is very patient, understanding and listens to what I am saying. He is attentive to what needs to be done and has a excellent bed side manner. If i cannot get it with Dr. Durham I go with Dr. Williams as i know that if it is not something he feels comfortable with he will get Dr. Durham, but I know I can trust his opinion.

I hurt my foot and first went to Med Express in Christiansburg. They x-rayed and I broke my outer bone on my right foot. They recommended I see an orthopedic doctor. My family in the past used Lewis-Gale, Salem and I was able to get an appointment early the next day. I had broken my 5th metatarsal bone and Shane put me in a boot hopefully for just four weeks. Everyone in the office was very attentive to me as a patient and very prompt getting me seen.

I continue seeing Shane for my cortizone injections. He is friendly and personable. I prefer him give me my shots because they are almost pain free. He answers all my questions and I would recommend him to anyone. I generally don't have to wait more than 10 minutes to get my shots.
