To preface: I as a rule do not write reviews -- good or bad. But feel compelled to share my experiences w Shaby. Those that have booked w him know that appt's are generally supposed to be 30min. Let me cut to the chase: my daughter after the first one or two appt's never sniffed 30min. The norm was 10-15 min late and to dismiss her a couple minutes early. I know this because i had my wife time it. I took my daughter to her last appt. Was booked for 3:30pm, she was seen by Shaby at 3:47 and dismissed at 3:58pm. I should note there were two other people getting his service in same room..so he actually had one of the front desk assistants help run my daughter through her routine. When they asked for payment (we were cash payors because my insurance was "no good"), I promptly asked if it was pro rated for 11 minutes / and the rate for front desk assistant. Then Shaby condescended to explain that he was able to complete all he needed to do in the 11 minutes.. Caveat emptor.
