very pleasant phone conversation and ease of appointment. He was on time for every visit and his ability to hear what I couldn't put in words at times was amazing. I do believe it's hard work if you truly want to heal and change and I am glad I had him in my corner for this journey. I felt safe, listened to and someone who truly cared about my well being. Worked with my PCP to find the right fit for me -and Steven Minter has been just that. From scheduling, timeliness, compassionate approach, length of visits and understanding of my specific needs. I am extremely impressed and pleased. This takes work and you have to be open and willing to work to obtain / he is a great coach & I highly recommend him. 5 stars in every area!

I would recommend to people that may only have one or two specific problems. He has trouble focusing on multiple issues, and after 2 months we didn't see much progress. Would be a good rating, but we missed ONE appointment (which was stressful enough with out the high fee for missing). No grace was given even though he knew our financial hardship, and that the fee would only add one more thing to our already insanely stressful life. Most counselors will grace the first miss. Not this one.
