i have recommended him already!
Dr Hoffman spent about 45 minutes moving my arm to pinpoint where the pain in my shoulder was coming from. He had me do a series of exercises in his "gym" similar to mobility exercises i've been doing lately. He had me work with some elastic bands. I've only seen him 2 times but it seems to be improving .
