I don't know about the past negative post, but, Dr. Eggert is the best and I wouldn't go anywhere else. He is a very caring and will answer all the questions you may have. Iv'e been going to him for the past 3 years now. He's an GEM!

The office staff are horrible.They are never there even when they say they will be. I also waited 3 months to get a trial pair of contacts of which they charged me $80 for-that is more than what it would have cost if I purchased one pair outright and never had been charged for trial previously. After I wore them for a day or two I purchased 6 months worth of contacts which again, took another 3 months to finally get after several calls and stopping in of which of course no one was there. I had to wear my trial pair for the 3 months while I waited to get more - that can't be good for my eyes. They didn't call me to let me know they were finally in-I had to call them; then they sent them to me of which the box was left outside on my porch in sub zero weather-that can't be good for the contacts as they had no insulation for the cold. I realize I have very expensive contacts, but I'm quite certain I paid more for them this time as well. I truly like Dr. Steve; but I will not be going back

My family has been going to Dr. Eggert for the last few years and wont' go anywhere else. He is professional and took the time to answer any questions I had during the exam. You don't feel like you are being rushed by any of the staff. Highly recommend.

Dr. Eggert is a very patient and easy to talk to. He listens to you and I didn't feel like a number. He explains to you what everything is and answers any questions you have in detail. Highly Recommend him.

I've been going here for years and my past visit the double charged me and my insurance. I have been calling for 6 months now to get a refund of $72 and keep getting the run around. They won't even take my calls anymore. Watch your billing closely!

I have been a patient of Steven Eggert for about three decades. I have significant vision issues, and I refuse to go anywhere else, even though he is no longer close to where I live. Skilled, caring and consistent.
