Dr. Stephen Rudnick, OD

This is the worst place to do business with. In 2013 I purchased a pair of Gold & Wood glasses. I spent close to $1500.00 with the prescription. In the first 6 months I returned to the store at least 8 times to repair the frame due to it becoming loose. It didn’t end there. It continued throughout the years up until two weeks ago. I made about 18 visits to have my frame repaired. During one of my visits for repair in 2017. The manager Danielle told me that when I get a new pair she wouldn’t charge me for the prescription. I was thankful that I didn’t need a new prescription until a couple weeks ago. Long story short I decided to still do business with them because of Danielle’s kind gesture. In a nutshell, she lied, I didn’t get what she promised. The Tag Huer shades I chose, broke while they were adding the new prescription. If that wasn’t a sign. Stay away from this business. My sister in law was the patient and she is somewhat "slow". Dr. Rudnick had no patience with her at all. His behavior was awful, totally condescending to her and to me. We will never go back to him again.

Dr. Rudnick is very rude and impatient. He makes one feel like a burden for making an appointment with him. I went to him for 3 appointments over 3 years and each experience was the same. This is not a doctor to see if you are nervous or have any questions regarding your condition or care.

Poor service. Doctor didn't seem to care that I was unhappy with my prescription, even after 2nd visit. I ended up returning my glasses. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing him to ask questions. Prices were very high for frames if you didn't want the ugly ones covered by insurance. Stay far away from this place!
