Was not very helpful for couples counseling and I was expecting more from him. Maybe he had too many clients, especially due to COVID-19, who knows. A little hard to reach in regards to phoning or texting. Did not have an initial and consistent plan of care for my now ex partner and I. Our case was difficult to say the least but more could have been done. Felt as if he was more concerned with payment, although I did not have to pay a co-pay via my insurance due to COVID-19. Disappeared after my insurance termed and no longer followed up to schedule future appointments.
