Extremely unprofessional!!!!! called me ten minutes before my appointment just to tell me that she couldn't do my therapy because she can't work after 6:00pm, also she can't work before 8am. I understand her hours are different due to covid, but for the looks of it after talking with her several times over the phone it seems like she accommodate everything around her personal schedule. At this point I guess it was better for me not to ever be seen by her, I wouldn't want to be in her hands.

Stephanie will get you to sign up with false advertisements by giving you "great" visits. When you go to use those visits she will say they are not valid. Stephanie that work there and AG Rhodes Atlanta now on weekdays have developed a one-size-fits-all approach. There is zero regard for what is ailing you. You get the same adjustment. I'm a former pt and I get the exact same treatment as both my 12-yr old basketball player and 15-yr old golfer. I'm not sure if it's inexperience, indifference or laziness, but it wasn't acceptable. I've switched over to other PT who are competent, which is a 10-minute drive away (and much cheaper). We're much happier there. The place is a total scam.
