I love this place! I never have a problem with getting in and they see me quickly.

hateful woman
zero compassion, zero caring, thinks she is the boss of your body, you are a checkbox to her, not a person. she speaks in a condescending and very snotty manner, and doesn't explain anything unless you question it, and then you are met with defensiveness, haughtiness, condescension. she has zero respect for you as a person who has authority over your own body and health. I would not recommend this woman to a dead fish.

Do not recommend
Stephanie wanted me out the door. She didn’t take the time to listen to me and gave a throwaway answer for the problems I’ve been having. I cried all the way home. Look elsewhere for compassionate care.

Extremely unprofessional
I was a patient of Stephanie W. and my experience was cold, unempathetic and quick to diagnose with little information. When i called the office to request a new NP or MD i was given "Stephanie is your only option". I politely said i was going some where else. 2 days later i received a scathing letter saying she terminated my relationship with Thrive Family Medicine and the language in the letter lacked any bed side or professionalism, only hurt, vindictive and childish remarks.

Stephanie takes time to ask questions and speak to clients. I recently lost my job and have had to pay for my visits Stephanie has worked with me to keep my costs as low as possible while still giving great service.

You're better off going to a real doctor than this nurse. She is incompetent, has a poor bedside manner, and power trips at the expense of her patients. She was too rushed to listen to my concerns or to provide medical reasoning as to the medical necessity of her decision making
