Stephanie Shibata, PA-C

I was scared, I was sick and I needed answers. Stephanie was kind, patient and listened to all of my concerns. Very thankful to have Stephanie to help me with my medical problems.

Stephanie is like family if she doesn't know something she tells you so and we'll find out for you she never makes you feel like there's a time constraint no matter what, She spends as long as you need whether talking about your medical issue or your dogs and your children. Stephanie's professional and I believe Stephanie should be the doctor and the doctors should be Stephanie's PA. I'm grateful to have met Stephanie and had her in my medical corner. Anyone that is privileged to have Stephanie on their team will be on the winning team because of Stephanie. Thank U.

Absolutely love Stephanie. She sat many a times with us going over test results, and comparing those results with the previous ones. Explaining our next course of action. She took her time and was not only professional and courteous, but friendly.

What a waste of time! You go to a specialist because you need help, right? Well, Stephani Shibatta won't help, can't write an order correctly, NEVER returns calls from other doctors, imaging places or patients. In 3 months, she did absolutely nothing. She pretends to listen, but you're out of mind when you step out the door. She is a terrible diagnostician. When confronted about returning calls, like a 3 year old, she blames her call center. So, I asked her why she doesn't call her call center daily for messages if she knows she is not receiving them, and she said she didn't have the time to do that every day. In other words, you are not worth her time and she will not take responsibility for her own actions, or inactions in her case. Please find another doctor if you need help, you won't get the help or care you need worth Shibatta. I've never encountered such blatant disregard for health from a physician as I did with her.

***DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!*** Absolutely horrific experience. 2 years I’ve spent battling Lyme, wrong tests ordered continuously, constantly waiting hours in the waiting room. Doctor unwilling to give lab results over the phone forcing patients to pay to be seen (or sit in the waiting room for hours) I was instructed to google options for treatment with no guidance. She’s not knowledgeable AT ALL and is completely useless. I only continued appointments because of limited Lyme doctors in Las Vegas. Wish I never wasted my time allowing the progression of my illness to worsen due to improper treatment plans

I think it is a shame that I didn't see the physician that treated me. However, Stephanie was responsive, a good listener and seemed very knowledgeable. I appreciated her care.

Stephanie shinata and her MA Angie are amazing. Absolutely knowledgeable! I had seen doctors for 15 years and no one could figure out what was wrong! I seen her one time and one test was done, she figured it out and treated me immediately! She’s very kind and professional! I will recommend her to anyone!

Do NOT see Dr. Stephanie Shibata at CID. She was complete waste of time and money. Her service is unprofessional and I had to go to another doctor to get the correct diagnosis that I already knew was the problem. Thankfully the other doctor and a different clinic was able to treat the problem before it could get worse. Do NOT see Dr. Stephanie Shibata.

I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. My husband has been a patient here for 3 weeks and they have consistently messed up orders for everything from medications to Home Care. The staff at the front office are incredibly rude especially Tracy and Sharon. Not only are they completely inept at their jobs, They get very frustrated when you point out how they are not listening and not correcting their mistakes.
