told nebo’s office i needed to see an actual doctor, and i was given an appointment with nebo because i didn’t matter enough to even see the actual doctor. nebo told me within five minutes i needed to see the actual doctor. i said yeah, i tried and they said i couldn’t. she goes “who said that” i said “your front desk”. as if it could have been someone else. i come in during a mental health crisis and needing meds filled urgently and i’m met with a gatekeeping front desk and nebo, who kept her camera facing the ceiling the entire appointment. she was extremely checked out and rude. i never got my meds.
