Extremely unprofessional in person. She didn’t try to help me but blame me for my illness and said I wasn’t doing my part. I tried to to explain I’ve been trying to get help because I know I’m not perfect but that was dismissed because I was told there was a 6 month wait list for what I need and I needed help sooner obviously. She told me I don’t hold myself accountable as If she knows me, I’m hard on myself. She shouldn’t be doing any job where she can’t be compassionate and kind to everyone. There’s always a to get a message across without making who feels terrible few worse.
