I had the pleasure and honor of having Stephanie as my therapist. She is wonderful and caring and simply 'Just the best!'.

Stephanie is an amazing therapist! She is very kind and compassionate, while providing appropriate guide and direction. One thing that is tough about therapy is being told things you don't like or don't want to hear, Stephanie has a way of telling you necessary things that might be hard to hear while also allowing feelings to be felt as they should in order to work through the tough stuff. She always makes me feel heard and has an amazing ability to provide understanding without ever passing judgement. I always feel like I can be my 100% authentic self when I am around her. She is incredibly knowledgable of mental health diagnoses and how to properly treat her patients. I wish I would have found her much sooner, life would have been very different for me if I had. If you are hesitating to start therapy, talk to Stephanie; you have no idea what you are missing out on by not healing sooner!

I have been with Stephanie for 4 years now and she has walked with me through the good, the bad and the ugly. She is such a supportive therapist who challenges you to be the best version of yourself while giving you the tools to do so.

I have been seeing Stephanie for many years after many, many years of trial and error with other providers. I could never thank her enough for seeing my potential from our very first session and helping me see it too. From that day on, Stephanie has been my number one cheerleader. I was scared, timid and did entirely too much people pleasing and nothing for myself when we met, but now I have a clear boundaries, a healthy balance between doing for me and doing for others, and just the right amount of self-confidence. I love myself for the first time in my life, and I have Stephanie to thank for getting me there. When I slip, she gently guides me back to where I need to be, welcomes me back with open arms when I take a therapy break, and never judges me. She really is the best!

I can't say enough good things about Stephanie! Initially, I brought my son to counseling and she quickly identified that I was struggling as well. She was able to meet both of our needs with the compassion and directness akin to an old friend. Stephanie holds high expectations for positive change and gives tangible advice to make progress towards the goals. Stephanie's ability to be direct and supportive makes the counseling feel very genuine. The atmosphere of her office is very comfortable, and she has an approachable demeanor. I always looked forward to my sessions and knew that she was readily available if extra support was needed. I would highly recommend a visit with Stephanie if you are struggling.

I’ve been with Stephanie the longest I’ve ever been with any therapist. I’ve been seeing her for about two years and she’s been phenomenal. She does her research and you really feel heard. I’ve never clicked so well with a therapist before. Would 10/10 recommend to friends and family.

An extremely great therapist. She’s almost like a friend more than a therapist and she is not afraid to tell you like it is if she feels something is not beneficial to you and that’s what’s I love most about her. She actually cares about the good work she’s doing. I love her as a therapist

I’ve seen multiple therapist in the past, but none have helped make a difference in my life except for Stephanie. I highly recommend her, she is very nice and easy to talk too. I’ve been seeing her for close to a year now and know that she truly cares about her clients. Even though the appointments can be short at times, she’s easy to get a hold of outside of the office when you’re having a difficult day and need someone to talk to. During the appointments she does give good advice and coping skills to help with whatever you need, but is also very engaging and empathetic during them as well.

I've been so lucky to have someone like Stephanie in my life. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients with her care and attention to detail. She validates your feelings while also challenging these feelings in a way that you still feel safe. I often don't notice how quickly my mood changes sometimes nor am I able to recognize the emotions I feel, but her ability to read you and help you identify those challenging emotions is something I think very few people are capable of. She also leaves you with homework/ exercises to do to help you improve and reflect. I don't think I would be where I am today without her, which I am forever thankful for. I always look forward to meeting with her and leave my appointments feeling much better about myself.

I found Stephanie during the worst of Covid where things were incredibly rough for me and I wasn’t sure how to handle it. She’s a wonderful therapist who truly connects with her clients and you can tell she really wants to help!

My first appointment was Jan 13, 2020. I will never forget it. My mom died on Jan 10,2020 and because I was a new patient I had no idea how to cancel the appointment. I walked into her office completely shell shocked from the very fresh loss. Stephanie has helped me navigate the grief, my depression, and heightened anxiety ushered in by the pandemic. Just as we were starting to work on the PTSD of other events in my life, my father passed away a few short months ago. I know without Stephanie's care I would have been crippled by the loss but she's helping me move thru it in a constructive way so I don't fall into the black hole of grief. She's compassionate but also challenges me to see myself thru a different lens. I'm not sure if I'd still be here without her support and care. Therapy with Stephanie has helped me become a better wife, mom, and friend.

Stephanie has been my therapist for a little over a year and my life has changed drastically. She holds me accountable and truly listens to what I am saying. She isn't a therapist who just sits and listens and sends you on your way, she will give real feedback and even give you homework. If you need someone who deeply cares for you but also challenges you, Stephanie is who you are looking for. I’m seeing her for PTSD and I feel like I’m moving forward. She gives me things to work on in between appointments, I can already see some changes in myself.

First of all, I appreciate how organized she is with billing and communication, and always prompt with appointments. Stephanie is the best therapist I have ever had! I’ve been seeing her for over two years now and she has helped me so much. She listens, challenges, and supports me every session. She fights for me and my mental health even when she has to fight me to fight for me. She is not afraid to give me the hard truths and tell me what I need to work on but she does it in a way that makes it feel achievable. Stephanie has a wide range of clients so she has lots of experience. She has helped me a lot with my body image issues, anxiety, depression and avoidance of conflicts. I highly recommend her!
